How do I receive my winnings?

You are able to withdraw your winnings to your bank account by signing into your account and choosing ‘Withdraw’ from the menu (or 'Account' in the app). Simply choose the amount you wish to withdraw and then press the ‘Withdraw’ button.

If you do not have any details saved on your account, you will be asked to enter your Account Holder name, BSB and account number & click 'Confirm'. Once you have added your details, choose the amount you wish to withdraw and then press the ‘Withdraw’ button.

Can I view the withdrawal details of my winnings?

You can view your withdrawal at any time. Sign in to your account and choose 'Transactions' from the menu. The money is transferred to your bank account within one working day (although note that some banks may take longer to reach).

Can the win be used to purchase future tickets?

Yes. When purchasing a ticket, KenoGO will always use the funds you deposited first. If this balance does not cover the cost of the ticket then we use your withdrawable balance (winnings).

Any remaining payment will then be requested from your registered bank card or you will be prompted to add funds.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

No. There are no minimum withdrawal restrictions from your winnings at KenoGO. Any deposits must be turned over prior to withdrawal however.

What are my deposit options?

KenoGO offers several deposit methods for customers to use:

Debit/Credit cards

You can deposit into your KenoGO account using either a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. Please note that if you use a credit card your bank may charge you a cash advance fee. They won't if it's a debit card.

Bank transfer

Use your online banking to deposit into your KenoGO account.

1. Log into your online banking.
2. Transfer to:
BSB: 062-033
Account Number: 1075 7746
Description: ( Your Player ID number -  available from the 'My Account' section)

It is very important your KenoGO account number is the description for your deposit to be allocated to your KenoGO account.

Please note that a bank transfer can take up to 3 business days to be credited to your account.

At KenoGO, we will not charge any fees for funds deposited or withdrawn via bank transfer. But we are not responsible for any bank charges incurred by the player.

Having a problem with your card deposit?

Some financial institutions may decline online transactions to gambling companies. If you are trying to deposit from an ANZ, Citibank, Macquarie Bank, Suncorp or Bank of Queensland account and are experiencing issues, we suggest you try an alternative deposit method or a card from another financial institution.

Is there a minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount is $1.

Can I add more payment methods or delete old ones from my account?

How can I add new bank cards to my account?

You can always add more bank cards to your KenoGO account.
To do this, when you go to make your next deposit, enter the amount you would like to deposit, click on 'Add new payment method', enter the details and deposit the funds. After the deposit has been made the new card will be saved to your account.

Can I remove my bank card details from my KenoGO account?

If you would like to remove registered card details, you can contact customer service who will be able to remove the card for you.

Can I edit my registered bank card details?

If you would like to change details on a registered card you can either void the card and add it again when making a deposit, or contact customer service who may be able to update the details for you.
