You are able to withdraw your winnings to your bank account by signing into your account and choosing ‘Withdraw’ from the menu (or 'Account' in the app). Simply choose the amount you wish to withdraw and then press the ‘Withdraw’ button.
If you do not have any details saved on your account, you will be asked to enter your Account Holder name, BSB and account number & click 'Confirm'. Once you have added your details, choose the amount you wish to withdraw and then press the ‘Withdraw’ button.
Can I view the withdrawal details of my winnings?
You can view your withdrawal at any time. Sign in to your account and choose 'Transactions' from the menu. The money is transferred to your bank account within one working day (although note that some banks may take longer to reach).
Can the win be used to purchase future tickets?
Yes. When purchasing a ticket, KenoGO will always use the funds you deposited first. If this balance does not cover the cost of the ticket then we use your withdrawable balance (winnings).
Any remaining payment will then be requested from your registered bank card or you will be prompted to add funds.
No. There are no minimum withdrawal restrictions from your winnings at KenoGO. Any deposits must be turned over prior to withdrawal however.

How can I add new bank cards to my account?
You can always add more bank cards to your KenoGO account.
To do this, when you go to make your next deposit, enter the amount you would like to deposit, click on 'Add new payment method', enter the details and deposit the funds. After the deposit has been made the new card will be saved to your account.
Can I remove my bank card details from my KenoGO account?
If you would like to remove registered card details, you can contact customer service who will be able to remove the card for you.
Can I edit my registered bank card details?
If you would like to change details on a registered card you can either void the card and add it again when making a deposit, or contact customer service who may be able to update the details for you.
