KenoGO online currently has four Keno games online: KenoGO Classic, KenoGO Bonus, KenoGO Jackpot and Heads or Tails.
KenoGO Classic
This is the Keno that everyone knows and loves! Players aim to correctly match their selected numbers with a set of 20 numbers drawn from a total of 80 possible numbers. Players can select up to 10 numbers per ticket & can win up to $1,000,000 for a $1 ticket.
KenoGO Bonus
KenoGO Bonus offers players the chance to multiply their KenoGO Classic winnings by a multiplier of 1 (regular win), 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 times. To play KenoGO Bonus, select 'Bonus' at the bottom of the KenoGO Classic ticket. The cost of a KenoGO Bonus ticket is double that of a KenoGO Classic ticket, so a $1 standard ticket becomes a $2 ticket.
With a 10x bonus factor, there is a $10,000,000 jackpot available on a standard $2 ticket!
KenoGO Jackpot
Think KenoGO Classic, but with much larger Top Prizes available. So, if you match all numbers for your Spot Type (for example, 10 out of 10), you will win a much bigger prize - a jackpot!
The jackpot level of each game can either be Regular, Minor, or Major. A regular jackpot is the prize table associated with the KenoGO Classic game. The cost of all KenoGO Jackpot tickets is $2.
With a Major jackpot level, you could win up to $40,000,000 from just $2!
Heads or Tails
Everyone knows this one! Players can predict whether there will be more numbers drawn between 1 and 40 (Heads), 41 and 80 (Tails) or an equal spread of numbers between 1 and 40 and 41 and 80 (Evens). A winning Heads or Tails ticket will double your money, or if you select Evens, it will be quadrupled!
To play KenoGO you first need to register for a KenoGO account.
To do this, click on the menu (or 'Account' in the app) and select 'Create an account'. Registration is quick and simple. Once your account is active you can then choose from our various games to play.
Simply select the game you wish to play; choose up to 10 numbers from a selection of 1 to 80 or select one of the 'quickie' options; choose how much you'd like to spend; choose the number of games you'd like to play and then click "Purchase Ticket" to complete your purchase.
You can view all your tickets at any time by signing into your player account and choosing 'My Tickets' from the menu (or 'Account' in the app) and your ticket history will be displayed.
To view the details for a ticket, simply click on the ticket.
You can choose your own numbers for each ticket or if you prefer, you can select them automatically by selecting one of the 'Quickie' options. You can also select 'Hot' and 'Cold' numbers by pressing on either of the options.
Yes. When you are selecting your numbers, you can click 'Save' which will automatically save your numbers for next time.
You can resubmit your previous ticket with ease without having to enter all the information again.
Just follow the steps below:
1. Go to 'My tickets' in your account section and;
2. Locate the ticket you wish to replay;
3. Click on it to see more details and then press 'Play Again';
4. You will then need to select how many draws you would like the ticket to be in and how much you would like to spend per draw
A countdown timer will be displayed before each draw.
Do you notify me of the draw result?
No, email result confirmation will not be sent due to the frequency of draws for Keno.
Where can I view the amount I won?
All wins will be credited to your KenoGO account balance once KenoGO has confirmed all prize tier payouts.
To view your win, please sign in to your account and choose 'Transactions' from the menu (or 'Account' in the app).
Can I purchase further KenoGO tickets with the win or do I need to withdraw the winnings back to my bank account?
You can claim your win back to your bank account if you wish. Alternatively, the win can be used to purchase further KenoGO tickets.
When purchasing a ticket, KenoGO will always use your deposited balance for payment first. If this balance does not cover the cost, then we use your withdrawable balance (winnings).
If the available balance does not cover the full cost, you will need to deposit funds.
You will be notified of any winnings immediately on the live draw screen of your account.

When you purchase your next ticket, we automatically deduct the cost from your account balance first.
If the cost of your ticket(s) is more than your account balance, then tapping on the quick deposit button will allow you to deposit the additional funds to complete the transaction.
If you have not already entered a card for payment beforehand then you will be prompted to do so. We accept VISA and MasterCard. We also accept bank transfers.
You are able to check all KenoGO results via the results page. Simply enter the date you'd like to see the results for and games for that day will be displayed. You can also enter specific game numbers on this page if you wish. You can also check the results of your tickets in the 'My Tickets' section of your account, where you can see all of your past games.
If there are multiple Tier One Top Prize winners in KenoGO Classic, KenoGO Bonus and KenoGO Jackpot in the same Draw and the total payout exceeds the maximum payout, the payouts will be pro-rated and shared with all Tier One Top Prize winners for all games in that Draw. Prizes awarded will be proportional to the amount won.

Hot numbers are the most frequently drawn numbers in the draws from the last 24 hours, whilst cold numbers are the least frequently drawn numbers in the draws from the last 24 hours.
A ticket can only be cancelled in an upcoming draw whilst tickets in that draw can still be purchased.
To cancel a ticket:
- Go the the 'My Tickets' section of your account
- Select the ticket you would like to cancel
- Press the 'Cancel Ticket' button & confirm that you would like to cancel the ticket
All games on the ticket that have not taken part in a draw yet will now be cancelled and funds will be returned to your KenoGO account.
No. Tickets cannot be changed after they have been placed. Once the ticket placement is finalised the numbers are logged directly in our system so please ensure that you check your numbers and all other relevant details before purchasing the ticket.
